H.O.P.E

High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) is a structured, team-based process that supports children and youth with complex behavioral health needs and their families. Grounded in family voice and choice, HFW brings together professionals, natural supports, and the family to create and implement a unique plan that builds on the family’s strengths and meets their specific needs.
